Cub & Co. stands by all of their products with a lifetime warranty of any manufacturer defect and or product failure. Any defective product will be repaired, exchanged or refunded depending on the specific situation. In the event of a return due to defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
We DO NOT cover damage as a result of improper use or care, and are not responsible for any loss or damage due to negligence or theft. That being said, we are here to support you and make good on your trust, please email us with details and images and we will do our best to make it right with you.
Products must be in original unused condition to qualify for a return or an exchange, please contact us if you have any questions. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges for returned or exchanged items. You can create your return label here.
Cub & Co. will not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You must file a claim with the carrier your package shipped with.
International customers are responsible for any associated customs duties/taxes.
When order ships, an email is sent out containing a tracking link for your package. Tracking the package is solely the customer’s responsibility. USPS does not track some international orders once overseas. Please contact your local post office for further details on your package.
